Si vous souhaitez retourner un produit acheté dans notre boutique en ligne, veuillez vous rendre sur notre page Retours en libre-service pour commencer le processus de retour ou vous connecter à votre compte Herschel Supply. Vous recevrez un numéro RA et des instructions par e-mail sur la manière d'effectuer votre retour.

Herschel Supply product that is purchased online can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Toute marchandise faisant l'objet d'un retour doit être renvoyée non utilisée, non lavée et accompagnée de son étiquette d'origine. Nous nous réservons le droit de déterminer l'état du produit.

Items purchased between November 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022 are eligible for a full return with the original receipt until January 31st, 2023. The return value will be put on to the original form of payment or a store credit for the original purchase value. Please note, updates have been made to our Holiday return policy. Please reach out to Customer Service for any return requests or additional inquires.
